Note: All admins are specifically trained to investigate both sides of a situation when it comes to rulebreaking, and to explore the full context of any situation that occurs, their decisions are final and if you believe they have made an incorrect decision an appeal can be made directly to Dave Casso on the forums, or on Discord DM's.
Account Creation & Ownership
1.0 - Account Ownership is at the sole discretion of the account creator. Sharing, Selling or Trading accounts is FORBIDDEN and will be punished by a permanent ban. (This applies to Hacked/Comprised accounts also)
1.1 - It is FORBIDDEN to have more than 1 Rockstar Social Club linked to the server. You can have 1 Account with up to 3 characters. Alternative accounts will be banned permanently.
1.2 - Player/Character names must be realistic and not impersonating any real life celebrity/religious/famous figures either alive or otherwise. Non-Roleplay Names will be forcefully changed.
1.3 - It is FORBIDDEN to attempt or attempt to purchase, sell or trade in-game items for real life money. This offense is punishable by a permanent ban
1.4 - It is FORBIDDEN to use any software, mods, bugs or any other form of cheating. This will be punishable by a permanent ban depending on severity.
General Rules
2.0 - Metagaming is FORBIDDEN and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
2.1 - Powergaming is FORBIDDEN and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
2.2 - Not following appropriate FearRP rules is FORIBDDEN and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
2.3 - Not following appropriate NLR Rules if FORBIDDEN and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
2.4 - Refusing to respond to roleplay scenarios is FORBIDDEN (Exceptions; Powergaming, Sexual Harrassment etc) and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.(AFK'ing, leaving the game, etc)
2.5 - All roleplay actions performed with /me, /do and /try MUST tell the truth at all times and cannot be maniuplated to the players advantage. (/try can be used two times in a scenario)This will be punishable by admin jail depending on severity.
2.6 - It is FORBIDDEN to Heal/Eat Food or Loot Items during a Gun-Fight scenario and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
2.7 - It is FORBIDDEN to do any CrimeRP (Robbing, Killing, Pickpocketing, Car Thefts) inside of a Green-Zone. This will be punishable by admin jail depending on severity.
2.8 - Roleplay Scenarios must be communicated in English, and all In-Character chats are to be in English either spoken or written. (This applies to Administration also, we are an English community!) This will be punishable by admin jail depending on severity.
2.9 - It is FORBIDDEN to Kill-On-Sight (KOS) and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity
3.0 - It is FORBIDDEN to Kill or Rob/Kidnap/Steal from on-duty EMS Employee & Mechanic Employee's. This will be punished by admin jail depending on severity
3.1 - It is FORBIDDEN to play a corrupt employee of a State Organization without written approval from the administration. This will be punished by a ban depending on severity.
3.2 - It is FORBIDDEN to use the scripted weapon system to gain advantage or steal any weaponry intended for Organization Use. This will be punished by a ban depending on severity.
3.3 - It is FORBIDDEN to punch in a gunfight (Powergaming) and will be punished by admin jail depending on severity.
3.4 - Racial, Religious or Sexual slurs are FORBIDDEN and will be punished with a ban depending on severity.
3.5 - It is FORBIDDEN to insult Parents & Siblings. This will be punished with ban/mute depending on severity.
Green Zone Rule(s):
GZ 1.0 - No CrimeRP, Shooting, Punching, Mic Spam, Foreign Languages, Theft, or any other activity such as this inside a Green-Zone. Greenzones INCLUDE all Shop Interiors, Gas Stations, Parking Zones, Hospitals and Police Stations, Mechanic Shop and other player-owned businesses and beach market. Exemption: ATM's.
GZ 1.1 - No CrimeRP, Shooting at, or robbing/kidnapping of players on STARTER JOBS. These include: Electrician, Lumber Yard, Mining and Delivery Driving, Fishing & Farming. More will be added.
