2:1 Ratio for demanding to pull over
at least ONE gun must be pointed at the player at all times once they victim has been pulled over completely.
For street robberies
2:1 Ratio again
at least ONE gun must be pointed at the player at all times.
If a 1:1 scenario happens, and the player being robbed is armed, a fight CAN ensue.
